Refund and Returns Policy

We do not have a refund policy due to the limited quantities we produce. Hence, all orders are final. Purchased product can be exchanged for size within 4 days of order received. Refund will be only available if the product is out of stock or delayed in shipping by shipping partner.

Return policy: At bleumun store, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you face a size issue, or product received is damaged we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

With all original tags and packaging intact

Size Issues : Returns are accepted only for size-related concerns or

Received damaged package or damaged product

Return Period: You have 4 days from the date you receive the order to initiate a return. Returns requested beyond this time frame will not be accepted.

Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn and unused

Unwashed and in the same condition you received it

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at bleumunstore@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, reason for return, and details of the size issue, please share proper snaps of product if you received damage product.

We will send you instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). Items should be securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipment.
